i am at the post-game already
it kinda sucks when everyone hates all the new pokemon and i am like struggling to choose between six pokemon to put on my team
i love them all except the early pokemon

Why are there so many pokemon. More pokemon than species of animals i believe why are they still making pokemon its been like 13 years ffs.

it sucks because most people have hated pokemon after generation 2 and i am here just dicking around appreciating every pokemon and having fun and loving all the characters

like i really love n i wonder why i havent changed my icon on here to him

Maybe its just the idea that if we grew up, that our pokemon wouldn't have to, and we'd live like we're children all our lives but they did grow up and change and all we have is the memory of the pinnacle of our pokemon viewing experience which coincidently was Gens 1-3 or whatever and that sucks too.

But hey, I still get up at 9 on a Saturday morning and watch it.

it was definitely a radical hop from game boy advance to ds
you could already tell it was waning with gen 3
gen 2 was basically gen 1.5 anyway so when ruby and sapphire came out kids were already old enough to put nostalgia goggles on because it was different

that's the problem a franchise like pokemon faces when they extend their series for so long. You're going to lose fans, and you're going to gain some, and you're definitely keeping some. It's just life.

Gen 3 was like umm okay wtf, but you still watched regardless and I guess somewhere in gen 3 a lot of kids kinda left.
I guess after a while you just kinda grow out of it and lose that appeal. And then before you know it you've moved on from pokemon to fapping to hentai on your computer.

honestly pokemon can go on forever because there is never going to be a shortage of creativity but i hope that it will end when the main art director dies because that man is great and itd be like shitting on his grave to continue it

but yeah pokemon will always stay with some people and for others itll be a fond memory
i wont get mad at anyone just because they think pikachu will always be the best because it is their own opinion

Yeah, once we get there, it doesn't seem right to continue pokemon. But I think that's a long time from now. Probably a decade or two. I'm not gonna lie, if it goes that long, it might just drag on. Idk. They did the same thing with Disney and that man is turning over in his grave right now.

obviously people have their opinions and neither would I for someone thinking Pachirisu is the best. Whatever.

i love how disney is totally ditching one of the most respectful artforms in place of ~3D CGI~

Oh god, after they stopped with the 2D animation, I became infuriated and turned back to anime for my source of 2D deliciousness.
I dont get why they made tangled in3D that was such a major bitch move.

anime takes forever for me to get through and I watch it pretty casually. I'm in the midst of Gundam Wing right now, so I guess it's not that bad. I guess it depends what you watch. I saw one that came out recently that totally blew my face off so...yeah

everything in the media just starts sucking after a while i think

right now im watching mahou shoujo madoka magica and it is a brilliant deconstruction of the magical girl genre but other than that nothing else is catching my interest
hourou musuko is pretty good too but it makes me cry so

I've heard of mahou shoujo but I was never really interested enough to try watching it. Maybe later. I'm kinda mostly into shonen. I'm just not really gonna watch anything right now cause im waiting for sekai-ichi hatsukoi to come out. Which is pathetic.
