Goddamn it all I seriously need to go on a major diet. It is GROSS how much weight I have gained over the past few months.

It's basically a diet website and you have like... a profile, and you have your starting weight and goal weight and it has like those exercises for you, and it suggests daily things, and it has a forum, and it's all really cool. I used it like three years ago when I was at like 110 pounds and I was like :O I'VE NEVER BEEN THIS SKINNY IN MY LIFE. Looking back it was a fucking great site. Anyway, I just wanted to tell you that I'm signing up again right now and I'm going to see where it takes me. I really need to change my eating habits :k

when you try to starve yourself or not eat for howeever many hours and skip breakfast you are putting your body into starvation mode
